CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE
Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without penalty.
Cancellation Fees: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowablecancellation period (24 hours from booking). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 businessdays and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Services: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
Process for Cancellation: To cancel a service booking, customer must contact ourcustomer service department at +60128673992.
Changes to Reservations: Changes to reservation dates or times may be accommodateddepending on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduledservice time. Additional charges may apply for changes made outside of this timeframe.
